How it works

Not a radius drawn around you, but the suburb you actually live in. Two suburbs in the same town often have completely different problems on the same day.
- 02
See what is down
Everything neighbours have reported in the last week, and how many people are affected by each one.

Say what you know
Report what is broken, confirm it is still down, or tell everyone the moment it is back on.

Is OutagePin free?
Yes. Browsing is completely free and needs no account. You only sign up if you want to report an outage or confirm one, which keeps the map trustworthy.
How does it know an outage is over?
The people affected decide, not whoever reported it. Once enough neighbours confirm the service is back, the report is marked restored — and it reopens if people say it has gone off again.
What if my problem is not in the list?
Describe it in your own words. Your report is filed immediately so your neighbours can see it, and that description is reviewed and turned into a proper category for your country.
Which countries does it work in?
Every country. Each one keeps its own list of services, because what can fail in one place is not what fails in another.
Something down right now?
Tell your neighbours. It takes about twenty seconds.
